100-hour and progressive inspections
Required for aircraft flown for hire or used for instruction, and worth doing on a schedule even when it isn't required.
Aircraft maintenance
An A&P shop at Russell County Airport for inspections, repairs and avionics. If you're based here, that's the difference between dropping the aircraft off and ferrying it somewhere and finding a way home.

General aviation piston aircraft. If you're not sure whether something is in scope, call and describe it — you'll get a straight yes or no rather than a quote for work that should go somewhere else.
01
Required for aircraft flown for hire or used for instruction, and worth doing on a schedule even when it isn't required.
02
Oil changes, tyres and brakes, exhaust and control rigging, squawks found at the inspection, and the ordinary work that keeps an aircraft airworthy between inspections.
03
Radio, transponder and panel work, including the equipment checks your aircraft needs to stay legal in controlled airspace.
04
Before you buy an aircraft, someone who isn't the seller should look at it. Worth doing on every purchase, and cheap next to what it can save you.
Call or send a message describing what the aircraft needs and roughly when you'd like it looked at. For an inspection we'll agree a window; for a squawk it depends on parts.
If we open something up and find work beyond what you asked for, you'll hear about it before it's done, not on the invoice. Anything we find that affects airworthiness gets written up whether or not you have us fix it.
You don't have to be based at K24. If you can get the aircraft here, we can work on it.
